Make a call.

Open Ring Rewards and call anyone in your contacts. Ring Rewards uses your verified caller ID. Caller-ID display can vary by carrier.

Listen to a short message.

A short sponsored message plays on your device before the call connects. It takes 6–12 seconds. The person you're calling doesn't hear it.

Questions

Are my calls recorded?
No. Ring Rewards does not record or listen to your call conversations. The sponsored message plays before your call connects, and we do not use call audio for ad targeting.
Does the person I call hear the sponsored message?
No. The sponsored message plays only on your device, before your call connects. The person you call hears normal ringing on their end and never hears the message.
What happens if the person answers during a message?
The message stops immediately and your call connects. If the sponsored message does not finish, no cash is added for that call.
Do I get paid on every call?
Not every call includes a sponsored message. You get paid cash when a sponsored message is available and plays in full before the call connects. Some calls will just go through normally. Earning limits, cooldowns, and fraud-prevention rules also apply.
When can I cash out?
Cash appears as Pending first, then becomes Available after a short holding period. Once your Available balance reaches the minimum, you can request a payout through the app. Current payout methods and requirements are displayed in the app.
Is Ring Rewards free?
Ring Rewards will be free to download and use when publicly released. Standard carrier or data charges may apply.
Does Ring Rewards upload my contacts?
No. If you grant contacts permission, Ring Rewards uses your contacts on your device to display names and help you choose who to call. We do not upload your address book or contact list to our servers. We never share your contacts with advertisers and never use them for advertising or marketing.
Does my caller ID work normally?
Ring Rewards uses your verified caller ID. Caller-ID display can vary by carrier.
Who pays for the cash?
Advertisers fund the cash payments. Ring Rewards does not charge users to download or use the app. Standard carrier or data charges may apply.
Is Ring Rewards available on Android?
Ring Rewards is launching first on iPhone. Android support is planned for a future release.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Delete Account. If you need help, you can contact support at support@ringreward.com, but emailing support is not required to delete your account.
